Mindoro State University proudly brings MinSU innovations at the CHED RAISE 2026: Responding through AI for Societal Empowerment on February 25, 2026 at Iloilo City.
Representing MinSU are Dr. Enya Marie D. Apostol, University President, together with Mr. Cirile Dominic Horlador, Program Chairperson for BS Information Technology from the College of Computer Studies. As one of the two exhibitors chosen by CHED, displayed on the booth are representations of smart innovations such as mobile applications for community benefit developed and invented by MinSUans. These innovations prove MinSU's capability of using AI as a helping hand in developing applications for community development.
Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis, CHED Chairperson, led the program, where she highlighted the immense potential of Artificial Intelligence to aid in nation-building, and a leverage for higher education institutions to further develop sustainable innovation and education.
CHED RAISE 2026 brings together higher education institutions to operationalize the Philippines’ National AI Strategy and Upskilling Roadmap, harnessing artificial intelligence as a catalyst for inclusive growth, ethical innovation, and nation-building.
